How to submit a manuscript
New Manuscripts should be submitted online at the following URL: http://submit.e-roj.org

Ⅰ. Online submission of Original Manuscripts
Submitting
Log in is required for the first time user. If you do not have an account, click "Registration" button and make your account.
ID should be your email address being actively used now. If you have an account but forgot your password, click the "Forgot Your Password" button. Your password will be given to your email address on your request. To begin, enter your user ID and password into the boxes provided, and click “login” button. At the welcome screen, click "Author Center" button. After that, click "New Submissions" button to submit your new manuscript and follow steps 1-6.

Step 1. Title, Abstract and Corresponding Author
Choose manuscript type, and enter your title and abstract into the appropriate boxes. If you need to insert a special character, click the "Special Characters" button. If you are submitting a manuscript that does not require an Abstract, please type N/A in the Abstract box. Please fill the corresponding author’s information.

Step 2. Authors and affiliations
Enter the personal information for the author in the boxes under "Add Author Information”. Select the first author and corresponding author.

Step 3. File Upload
A title page including author details and a manuscript without author details of the original file of the article should be submitted separately. Copyright transfer form and ethics disclosure form have been uploaded. Upload and select the correct file designation for each. The figure images should be provided in PowerPoint file, TIFF, JPEG, GIF or EPS format. Acceptable file formats are pdf, hwp, doc, and ppt, and each file should not be bigger than 20 MB in size.

Step 4. PDF conversion
Merger file will be created as pdf format.

Step 5. Preview
Review the information in the Preview chart for correctness; make changes if needed. If you have not completed a required step, you will not be able to submit your manuscript.

Step 6. Submit

Once it is submitted, you will be able to monitor the progress of your manuscript through the peer review process.



Ⅱ. Instructions for Submission of Revised Manuscripts
When you prepare a revised version of your manuscript, it is recommended that you carefully follow the instructions given in the Editor's letter regarding preparation the revised one, in particular, preparation of the annotated copy with colored or highlighted letters in each revision. Failure to do so will cause a delay in the review of your revision and may result in rejection or being regarded for refusal to submission. Revisions received more than 3 months after requested may be sent for another review cycle from the beginning, at the Editor's discretion. If a revision is not received within 3 months after requested, your submission may be cancelled.
